Parents-Teachers-Friends Organization
PTF is a group of people, including parents and teachers, working in partnership for the general welfare of Faith Lutheran School and its programs, activities and facilities.  This group meets regularly during the school year.  The PTF sponsors parent assistance and training and enrichment opportunities, as well as special events such as the Annual “Welcome to School” Potluck, Harvest Carnival, Teacher Appreciation Week, and the end-of-the-year Barbecue.  PTF also assists Faith Lutheran School in obtaining funding for major purchases and programs.
Parental Participation

Parental participation is a vital element in creating a successful learning environment for your children.  Parents are asked active assistance time each year in support of your child/children's education.  There are numerous ways you may volunteer at school to enhance your growing time together. Some examples are assisting on field trips, recess duties, sports activities, YMCA outings, attending PTF meetings, Harvest Carnival, and dedicating time assisting in the classroom. Please ask your child’s teacher for specific ways in which you can partner with your child’s school and serve as an outstanding example for your child.
